The CD-ROM published annually since 1996 jointly with STATPRO contains annual data on more than 3500 socio-economic indicators from 1980 (including the most recent year) on all CIS countries-participants by the following topics: population, macroeconomics, finances and money circulation, prices, industry, agriculture, construction, transport, communications, trade and services, external trade, exchange rates, labour market, education, health care, science, culture, crime, environment.
The system enables users to produce automatic queries on indicators, countries and time period, to make their own calculations and trend analysis of the economic development of the CIS countries. All tables can be printed and exported on XLS, TXT, HTML, WK1, DBF formats.
Compact disk includes reference - presentation sub-system on the CIS countries and methodological notes. CD-ROM operation in Microsoft Windows.
